Overall service was excellent and did more than asked…
Was a scheduled routine maintenance. However, presented 2 additional service
needs. One required a
bove and beyond effort, which was performed. No complaints. The negative is I was promised the work would be done on one
day and it wasn’t. Made several calls, leaving messages, then had to ask the
person who was providing me transportation to change their schedule. Since
picking up vehicle, has performed well.

I purchased my Jeep from a dealership and charge so much to fix a problem and then the problem doesn’
t get solved. Paradise Car Cate was recommended to me. I called them with an issue and they got me in the next day and also took pictures of their findings and the cost to fix it and would have back the same day. Excellent service I will definitely be taking my vehicle there for future service and will recommend to my friends and family.
