Diligent Service to Figure Out a Complicated Issue
My '06 Subaru was having a mysterious issue where the battery was draining after every use. The folks
at BSM took the time to diagnose and determined there was a parasitic drain somewhere. They did their homework and resolved the issue. Good, friendly communication along the way as well.

We came from out of town, 3.5 hours, for the weekend and pulled in with a flat!! Called and the nice
lady said, "bring it on over, we'll take care of you." My husband took it over and it was fixed in a jiffy. They wouldn't even let him pay, said, "you've had a hard enough day." Great, hometown feel. Excellent experience.
