Jeff's Transmission was an amazing find for us, as we are from out of town and needed transmission re
pairs. We found Mark and the staff to be straightforward and honest. They provided great service and within the time they expected it would take. They even fixed a part that they found to be broken that was outside the original scope of work and fixed it! We were grateful for that as it was a possible safety issue, and when the final bill came in less than was estimated we were grateful for that too! Very professional, very service minded with honest! Jeff's Transmission is where we'll take our car from now on!

I was pleased by the friendliness and thankful for the honesty. I was told they would “look at it to
day” (Saturday) and work on it Monday depending on what was needed. I don’t know much about cars and I was afraid of the car dying while on a main road, I anticipated Ubers. That day my car was ”diagnosed” and I began my price search to other auto places. Well, my car was serviced all in 2 hours and the price was reasonable (better than other places I had priced). I will be going to them again for future issues (if needed) and I highly recommend them.
