em. Serj, the owner, and his son Art are both extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful.
One of the things I appreciate most is their communication. They take the time to clearly explain what’s going on with your vehicle, what needs attention, and what your options are without making you feel pressured into unnecessary work. Whenever I’ve called, they’ve been responsive and available to answer my questions, which is increasingly hard to find these days.
I’ve also found their pricing to be reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and level of expertise they provide. You get the feeling that they value long-term relationships with their customers rather than simply trying to maximize a single repair bill.
Serj and Art run their business the right way—with professionalism, integrity, good communication, and excellent customer service.
