I had Kevin’s North Area Transmission to work on my 2019 Silverado with the raggedy 8 speed Warrant
y company sent a defective unit. Had to get lawyers involved to get C&K to replace it. During this time Kevin’s North was very communicative letting me know what was going on every step of the way Shelton and his crew did a fabulous job. They haven’t got the replacement one installed yet but I’m sure based on the past work it’ll be fine. What I don’t know is if the transmission is any good. Only time will tell if it is.

Amber and Stewart in office went beyond the job duty. They welcomed me and ensured I had as safely on
the road. I had repairs done to my vehicle and had no way back to home, they provided me transportation and did the repair in a timely fashion. The cost was lower than expected and cannot day enough on the customers service and satisfaction of Woods. Called around to a couple places to find out who had the ability to work on my Alfa Romeo. The servi
ce advisor Shelby said they would be willing to take on the task. They did a very thorough inspection and even sent pictures. Communication was great throughout the process as parts were not easy to source. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience in an unfortunate situation.
