ill came under the estimate I was given. John even made sure I recieved a rebate through Napa Autocare for some of the work I had done. I wanted the minimum to pass inspection and had lots of questions in my emails leading up to the work and they were answered thoroughly. They checked my ABS light at no charge. I plan to go back to have work done on it (not something that is needed to pass inspection).

I use Sherman’s auto repair as my regular mechanic. As usual every aspect of my experience was excell
ent. I have an older truck (2005 Ford Explorer Spirt Trac) and it has a lot of issues. I assume that there must be some level of frustration at having to service my old raggedy truck but no one ever makes me feel this. Instead they are always professional and courteous to me and always complete the repairs efficiently and quickly. I will continue to use Sherman’s auto repair as my ‘go to’ mechanic.

They were very kind and funny. They found out the issue to my car extremely quick and fixed it even q
uicker. No one was able to tell me the issue with my car but they did. I gave it in the morning and not even a few hours later they called me telling me they fixed everything.

We were on vacation in Fort Walton Beach when our tow vehicle would not shift out of 2nd gear. We fou
nd the Aamco Transmission Shop which had great reviews. We took it there and they had every stall filled but within 10 minutes, Tim had a tech doing a diagnostic on it. They kept it overnight. The next morning Tim called and said we needed a new ECM and he suggested we take it to the local Jeep dealer to get a new one because Jeep needed to program it and it would be less expensive if Jeep ordered, installed & programmed it so we didn’t have to pay both places.
Now how many service places would recommend that?? I asked him how much we owed him for his labor and he answered “nothing, just keep traveling and having fun!” We can’t thank them enough! Tim & all his people are friendly & caring! We recommend them highly!!

I've been a customer before so I called and spoke to the service advisor and explaned what I needed.
I left my truck that afternoon. Next morning they called with a price and how long it would take. By early that afternoon it was done.They exceeded my expectations and I thank and trust.my vehicle to you folks that it will be done right and on time
