I recently brought my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu in for a routine oil change. As I was working with the Se
rvice Writer, Jason Quinn, one of the Porters, Robert kept interfering with what we were doing, and it made it difficult for me to communicate with Jason. And this is not the first time that Robert has done this whenever I have come in for service. I don't know why they don't do something about him. When I was in the waiting room, Jason came and told me that I needed a new battery for my car but they wouldn't have it until in the afternoon. So he offered me a ride home and they would deliver the car to me. But my husband, who is also a Porter just gave me his truck to take home and he brought my car home. Overall I had a good experience except for the one Porter.

I arrived at my appointment a bit early but was taken right in. Was told since I have the Auto Care
plan I would not be charged unless they found something that needed fixing.
I waited for my service to be done, love that they have coffee, which took a bit longer than I was told, but the waiting area is very comfortable for reading or using your phone.
Once my vehicle was done Lorena came and got me and I was on my way.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, the shop is clean & efficient, and Joseph is straight forward
& fair.
I brought a recently purchased 2015 BMW 535i in for a multi-point vehicle inspection. They got me in & out the same day and shared with me potential issues to keep an eye out for that they've observed with my N55 engine. A couple minor items on my inspection report - I was able to easily fix them myself - there was absolutely zero pressure to "get the work" out of me. Without a doubt I will be bringing my car back here for maintenance & service work beyond my capabilities and definitely for repair when the time comes that the big malfunctions happen.
On a side note, I discovered this shop from a story my father-in-law shared. He lives nearby, is on a fixed income, and before he was able to upgrade, he had an old unreliable car. Joseph basically told him "look, I'll keep this car running for you" - and that's exactly what he did, without trying to extract extras. For me, that's the type of moral character in a person that I prefer to associate and do businesses with in this world - whether it be professional or personal.
