I just went to Mason at Don Wood Chrysler Jeep this past weekend and got my 2nd Jeep. I went from and
compass to a Wrangler. I knew this was the place I wanted to upgrade at due to how they treated me so well with my first Jeep. I will only do business with this company because they have earned my trust. As a single woman I can say to all the woman reading this that you do not have to worry about bringing a "car guy" with you here..... They will do you good!

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, the shop is clean & efficient, and Joseph is straight forward
& fair.
I brought a recently purchased 2015 BMW 535i in for a multi-point vehicle inspection. They got me in & out the same day and shared with me potential issues to keep an eye out for that they've observed with my N55 engine. A couple minor items on my inspection report - I was able to easily fix them myself - there was absolutely zero pressure to "get the work" out of me. Without a doubt I will be bringing my car back here for maintenance & service work beyond my capabilities and definitely for repair when the time comes that the big malfunctions happen.
On a side note, I discovered this shop from a story my father-in-law shared. He lives nearby, is on a fixed income, and before he was able to upgrade, he had an old unreliable car. Joseph basically told him "look, I'll keep this car running for you" - and that's exactly what he did, without trying to extract extras. For me, that's the type of moral character in a person that I prefer to associate and do businesses with in this world - whether it be professional or personal.

The office is very clean and staff are very helpful. I was also pleased to use their free shuttle on
the day of service. They brought me home after I left my car for service and pick me up from home when the car was ready. I could used my time to do more meaningful things other than watching TV in the waiting room.
