Maintenance summary
I have never previously had issues with Toyota. Now I’m very understanding with raining and turnover, however when going into a normal oil change service, they always have recommendations. During the recommendations they only provided me one quote for tires. The NEVER discussed more tire options nor any price difference that those may have accumulated. I’m truly so disappointed in the service received and would like a call back as training employees properly is a business issue not an employee issue nor responsibility.

Vernon greeted us in a warm and friendly manner. He listened to what it was that we wanted, and immediately suggested a vehicle that had just come in that met our criteria. He presented three vehicles that we could test drive. The one he initially suggested was a perfect fit. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, we highly recommend that you seek out Vernon.

Oil Service
Waited two hours for an oil change and inspection. Texted the service advisor twice about a service being performed and an update on the progress. NO REPLY. I noticed people leaving that arrived after me so I peeked outside and saw my truck parked in the lot. Went to the advisor and he said they were waiting to hear back from the tech, but miraculously he found my paperwork on his desk, all finished and the truck was ready to go. I was waiting too long and had to go to the service advisor to get my truck. Horrible customer service. There was also oily fingerprints on my vehicle from the service techs.

It was my 4th time getting my oil change. I thought it was easy to book and got my car back as promised. I agree with everyone that the service crew was pretty helpful. I worked with 2 different people and did not catch their names but both were consistent and courteous.
