This is my first time owning a BMW

I bought this vehicle without seeing anything but pictures. I was without transportation when I saw it advertised in a nearby town. My son lives there & made arrangements to see & drive it. From his comments, I said “YES!!”. It is an older vehicle, but was well maintained. No visible rust. It did have high mileage, but I don’t drive a lot, so I didn’t care. It was important to me to have a trustworthy vehicle that I believed this to be & was happy to get it. I’ve never owned a luxury vehicle & this has been a complete delight.

Fantastic Car - still driving

A very well built car - after nearly twenty years, everything is functional and drives very well. Of course there are wear and tear repairs that had to be made, but I kept it all this time - I expect at least another 5 years of problem-free usage

2003 BMW X5

Bought vehicle used with fairly low miles because of the high ratings. Initially great..but ran into some overheating issues and dead battery. Put additional money into it to get it reliable again. Repairs were definitely more expensive than from my experiences with other vehicles I've owned.

My X5 named Lola

I love this car. I originally bought it for my oldest daughter to drive in 2003 because it was and is so safe. It then came back to me for a while to give to my middle daughter who crashed it three times in three months (see a SAFE car). She hit the accelerator and jumped a curb to hit a cement light post! Got it repaired and now its in the hands of my youngest daughter (she's 18) and that's who named this BMW X5 with the nickname Lola! This car has over a 183,000 miles on it and has served 4 women, can't beat that!

Love my BMW

No matter how old it is, it always looks newer than the actual age. Classy car.

High miles

186,000 and the interior still looks new. Just had front end work done and the car drives beautifully. Very responsive even with high miles. I drove my last 5 series over 200k and I expect to do the same with my X5.
