Cute but problematic

Great size pickup. GM had the opportunity to make a great smaller pickup. However, they failed. They had several great engines in the parts department but decided to re-invent the wheel with the "Atlas" series engines. Same for the brake system. Lots of tried and true parts available, but they re-invented them with captured front rotors, and difficult to work with rear drums. Very poorly executed, and unneeded, new design.

My Colorado

My first 4x4 I do a lot hunting and fishing and I am a musician and carry a lot of equipment. I hardly haven't had any trouble with the truck 5 cylinder engine 4 door crew cab Z package on my second set of tires 95000 thousand miles now. 18 to 22 miles a gal still love the truck hope nothing happens to it.

Dependable truck.

I've had this truck since 2010 with 70,000 miles now 10 years later over 200,000 with very few problems and no rust except the front edge of the hood. I plan on buying a new hood for it as I plan on keeping it a long time.

Great little truck

This is the smallest truck I have. It has the 5 cylinder engine with an automatic transmission and 4x4. Fair fuel mileage. Very reliable. It has a good turning radius. It has a receiver hitch for towing but the ground clearance is very minimal so adding weight to the back that's going to cause it to sag is not practical.

Aveage truck

Doesn't compare to my previous 2004 Ford Ranger. Less power and doesn't shift as easy with 5 gears vs 6 gears in Ranger..Good gas mileage as recent 2000 mile trip i got 24 mpg on regular gas. Economical truck.

2006 Standard cab 4x4 work truck 2 package

Great truck, good millage for a 5 cylinder. 4x4 system is very good. Even though it does not have remote keyless entry it could really use a key hole on the passenger side door. It sits a little low for a 4x4. The tow ratting is very good as well for the size of the truck
