Great Car poor customer care

Wonderful vehicle pleasure to drive with all the features an owner would expect in a high end luxury category. Exterior and interior are well designed with high quality materials. No issues with the vehicle. My issues are with the dealer not be able to answer simple questions, providing incorrect information. Customer care service equally as bad as poor communications and poor knowledge of the G90.

I love the automatic doors. It has a soft, quiet ride. Don’t get much opportunity to use the self parking feature but it works great.

The inside trim instead of the carbon fiber should be a nice shiny hardwood to match the interior

My G90

The a/c outlets blow the air in my face. When I turn them up or down they do the same thing. We had to also add glass film to the windows to be comfortable from the hot sun

3.000 mile defects

Needed to have the windshield fixed as the wiper arm was scratching the windshield. Also the heads up is cockeyed but so far they have been unable to fix this issue.

Just about everything is perfect. There are so many features that it takes a while to learn them all. From the special ambient controls and aromas to setting the preferred radio stations plus all the settings that are unique to each driver, the more you drive the more you learn. Very well and with precision produced car with considerable attention to smaller features. Six major weaknesses: 1. THIS CAR SHOULD HAVE 8 CYLINDERS or be an EV or Hybrid with the newest technology ( Solid State batteries with full power or Hydrogen Cells) which would guarantee unmatched comfort, performance and energy). 2. The screens, especially the navigation screen should be more readable and provide more differentiation of colors and roads. 3. The trunk is a bit too small for normal Golfbags. 4. The car should be able to take over when driver is texting or has a blackout. 5. The tank lid should always be open when the car is open. 6. The navigation system of the car and the apple navigation should be divided more precisely. When you want to use the car system it switches very often to the Apple system.

G90 BLACK OUT

I LIKE THAT THE DOORS ARE ABLE TO UNLOCK AS I WALK UP TO THE DOORS. I WHICH THE DOORS WOULD LOCK AS I WALK AWAY. I LIKE THAT THE DOOR CLOSE MY A PUSH OF A BUTTON. HOWEVER WHY DO THEY CLOSE HARD WHEN THEY ARE CAPABLE OF SOFT CLOSE.

Solid value in a BMW/Mercedes competitive luxury sedan

This car is comfortable, luxurious, and, surprising nimble in handling (rear wheel steering). I especially appreciate the auto-close doors and the high-tech features. Gas mileage is good (23-26 mph). The ride is not floaty like the Mercedes S-Class, but just right in terms of rough road smoothness and highway cruising. It is remarkably quiet at all speeds which adds to the serenity (yes, serenity) of the drive experience.

Incredible G90 experience so far (minor battery warning)

This is absolutely the finest luxury car I have ever owned, and I have owned several top-of-the-line Mercedes S-Class models. I love this car: the technology (I am sure I have only discovered 10% of it), the luxury, the ride quality, and the performance. Everything feels refined, quiet, and thoughtfully engineered. Only one thing has my attention recently: a battery indicator symbol came on around 1,500 miles. It has not repeated yet, but it did make me wonder if all the tech could create a future headache. Overall, though, I am genuinely impressed and would still recommend the G90. This experience honestly makes me want to buy a GV80 next. My one frustration with Genesis is that interior choices seem more limited on the top-trim models. I have no desire for a black or red interior, and it’s disappointing that the flagship configurations don’t allow every color/trim combination. If Genesis expanded interior options at the top end, it would be close to perfect. I’d also welcome the opportunity to see what a GV90 could be.
