Very nice lux SUV. Mostly very good for the price.

Takes a while to learn all the technology. Remote access (phone and fob) often unlocks when not desired and sometimes doesn't when approach. For me wish the front doors were longer, columns further back and narrower. Would have liked sun/moon roof to open to vent hot air (remote comfort start is nice compensation. I would expect the ride (shocks) to be smoother and quieter on most roads. Feel every little imperfection in the road surface. The head rest for the front passenger makes no sense unless expect them to keep head bowed. Other than all that (and range and inability to use NACS charger) I very much enjoy the vehicle, especially the audio system.

GENESIS GV60....SUPERB

This is my second GV60 , and I rarely buy the same car twice! I love the all-electric approach to perhaps reducing my carbon footprint , but equally important are the many qualities of the GV60. Superb build quality , the interior is magnificent , well thought-out ergonomics , luxury trim , comfortable and silent. Performance and handling [ I opted for the AWD Performance model] are outstanding....very quick , corners very well , brakes are great. All the systems are excellent , once you set them up and customise everything. The car is a delight to drive , especially around town when running errands. Quiet , relaxing , and more than enough torque when you need it !

I love driving this car!

The biggest improvement would be to put the charging port in the front of the vehicle. Most charging stations are set up to charge in the front and it takes too much maneuvering to get to them. Only big complaints reside with Corporate Genesis for not following through on promises made at the dealership. Have been waiting months for promised rebates!

Car Talks and Beeps and Chirps Too Much

This is the noisiest vehicle I have every driven. It talks unnecessarily, beeps constantly, and chirps to distraction. All of this noise and distraction might be helpful to someone who just got their driver's license and needs to be beeped and warned about every little thing. It is awful and distracting to me. When I pull into my garage at home, for example, it beeps the whole time I'm parking because there's another car in the garage and it wants to warn me of this. Also, once in the garage, I put down my window. When I exit the car, it tells me a window is open. When I leave my garage it beeps from the time I put it in gear until I'm out of the garage because it's trying to warn me that I'm close to the other parked car. On the other hand, when I want to listen to an incoming text message, it tells me I can't do that while driving!!

I enjoy the car and how it drives but it has major electrical issues

I've had the car for about 3 months and I like everything about the car but there is something wrong with the electrical engineering causing the control panel to drain the 12v battery multiple times. The car has been in for repair for almost a month and they still haven't told me when it will be fixed.

Love it

Customer service was a hassle in the beginning especially because I had to get a new battery this first week I got the brand new car! It was horrible. I also dislike how I was part of the group who isn’t getting a complimentary Tesla adapter. Seems unfair. Charging sucks because I have to wait in long lines sometimes and there’s not a lot of convenient places they’re spread out

my vehicle experience has been subpar for a “luxury” vehicle

The operating system in which the car has integrated is outdated difficult to use and not up to standards of a 2025 luxury vehicle. The Genesis app is also very outdated and has a lot of useless features, which do not make the experience any more luxurious
