Terrible tires!

I loved this vehicle until 16,000 miles. The cheap Kumho tires are starting to cup and wear unevenly. Took to dealership after the tires were rotated. Now my car sounds like it has aggressive snow tires on the car with terrible road noise. When we take friends in our car, they ask what's wrong. Very embarrassing. Dealership blamed it on Michigan potholes. Now I'm questioning if I'll lease another Hyundai.
