Good value

My family members usually recommend buying Toyota/lexus (used), but buying a new Hyundai seemed better. Many desirable options, performs well, and I get to maintain it properly from day one, so plan on keeping for a long time. Only drawback are the stock tires which weren’t so good in winter conditions - replaced with Vredestein Quatrac Pro which are night and day difference.

Request for Urgent Attention – Paint Issue (Complaint No. 1234567)

Dear Hyundai Customer Care Team, I am writing to express my concern regarding an unresolved issue with my Hyundai vehicle purchased on 5th October 2024. Within less than a year of purchase, I have noticed paint issues on the front hood and the top portion of the car. I can see several paint dots and imperfections that are unusual for a new vehicle. I raised a complaint on 13th October 2025 with the authorized Hyundai dealer, and it was registered under Complaint No. 1234567. However, there has been no update or corrective action taken. It appears that the issue has been neglected, and no one has taken ownership to resolve it. This experience has been quite disappointing, as I trusted Hyundai for its quality and after-sales service. It is concerning that such an issue is not being addressed seriously, especially within the warranty period. I request your urgent intervention to ensure a thorough inspection and appropriate resolution of the paint issue under warranty. I look forward to a positive and timely response from your side. Thank you for your attention and support.

terrible car, terrible dealership, 5 stars for being the worst

yall sucked all around. the dealership? incredibly condescending with no female sales staff. the 24 elantra? expensive plastic. performance was poor, interface is laggy, wireless charger is for show. inconsistent ABS that spots ghosts on the road or something. the service staff? incredible. their team is amazing, one of the best i’ve had through my years of purchasing cars. their customer service? almost as awful as the car itself. if i could go back in time and tell myself to keep my old car just to have never stepped foot in a hyundai dealership i would do it 1000 times. i sold the 24 elantra as soon as i could, ate the negative equity, and washed my hands. didnt even own the car for 8 months i could not have gotten rid of it sooner.

Nice toy.

The car is snazzy, comfortable, has all sorts of bells and whistles, and really lacks power. With less than 150 hp, it's clear. Additionally, the brakes are hesitant; they don't respond to the slightest touch. They have to be applied quickly. Also, the engine is sluggish. You put your foot on the gas, and it actually chugs a little bit to get going—no smooth acceleration.

Good on gasoline and the tires are great on this vehicle

Some days I think the vehicle could've been a bit bigger inside, but them I drive it and all that stuff goes away. The inside is actually roomy and sleek.

I've had this elantra 14 months now. Am very satisfied with the performance, the gas mileage and look of the car. The only thing I would change is to have it sit just a little higher off the ground but overall the car is great.
