The car is still the best on the market, it has power and best in class range. Plus, it looks like nothing else on the road and has a very roomy interior.

Overall the car is great!

This car is fantastic. It has a great interior, looks good, and is very fun to drive. The interior is quiet and has lots on nice features inside. There is a few annoyances, such as the climate controls are touch sentived rather than being a physical button, and a somewhat complicated infotainment screen. But these are minor. The interior is quiet and comfortable, and is very nice commuting and on long drives. The driver assistance tech, such as lane centering, cruise control and other systems are fantastic. These systems also help on long commutes. When it comes to how the car drives, it to is fantastic. Great acceleration, great handling and a great overall driving experience. It rides well, yet you still feel very connected to the road. There is a lot more I can go into, but overall this is the best car I have ever driven.

Decent range, economical mileage, fun to drive.

We purchased the 2024 Ionic 6 primarily due to our desire to get an EV and utilize our home solar panels for energy economy and environmental friendliness. It has exceeded our expectations in terms of how fun it is to drive.

A great car with some room for improvement

Styling, build quality and comfort are great. The user electronics can be improved. Driver assist functions are very good but only in assist - not rely on - context. Many capabilities but with a complicated user interface. Owners manual is awful, virtually worthless.

The Car is ok but not sure I'd get again

I like the car but also it frustrates me. I do NOT like the GEAR SHIFT - i am always afraid I am going to forget it is in reverse and go to move forward and ram the car behind me. I also HATE the AUTOMATIC DISAPPEARING DOOR HANDLES. When they open from sensing my key I walk around to the driver side and they always close again. Then I am trying to open the handle again by waving my hand or pushing the little square it takes too long for the handle to pop open again. I worry that if I need to get into the car quickly I wouldn't be able to. There is also wiring that keeps flopping out under the driver's side dash. The repair shop fixed it once and it's fallen again. I find the headlights angle hard to see at night and I do miss not having a warmer in the steering wheel - like I did on the Bolt - The car does run smoothly and the range is great. I just find certain aspects of it annoying.

Great Car, Even Better It’s Electric

I like the styling, has good tech, drives well, very comfortable. If it wasn’t electric it would be good, but the fact it’s electric is even better.

Very dissapointing experience!

The car looks and drives nice. Other than that, very disspointing! Charging times are way below what should be expected from a new electric vehicle. Charging to 80 percent could take up to an hour and 19 minutes. 3 recalls in the first year for charging issues. Sight lines from driver's seat were not ergonically correct. The rearview mirror is set too far down from the roof line which impedes your forward vision.The button to adjust the sideview mirrors (located on ft dashboard) made you had to lean up to adjust the mirror and then you had to sit back to see if it was properly adjusted. The car DEPRECIATED over 40 percent in the first year.

Fantastic upgrade over a Tesla Model 3

I moved to this car from a 2019 Tesla Model 3, and this Ioniq 6 is better in every way. The range is better, it’s quieter, smoother, less ‘weird’ in terms of electronics & driving mechanics. I am absolutely pleased with the Ioniq 6 - fantastic electric car!

Ioniq 6 Review

While the vehicle is comfortable and roomy I believe that the A/C vents in the front dash are positioned too low so that the air does not circulate well through the car. Also the vehicle range has been considerably lower than expected. Not sure if that is due to setting or driving performance
