It’s metal is so thin it dents to bare metal for a door ding.

Disappointment

Overall design is terrible I have been a Hyundai owner/lease for over 10 yrs.(Tucson , Santa Fe and now the Kona. There is no compartment that locks in the vehicle as well as the center console is open so anything that you put in there falls out to wear the cupholders are. Terrible design ride rough needed rotors at 10,000 miles but my brake pad still had 92% wear available? One would think that’s a design problem yet they wouldn’t entertain that and I had to pay. I am totally disgusted with the car. No power for passenger seat and front seats run very small.

Quality car and comfortable

Quality car for the price. The smaller engine lacks any kind of power, but that is to be expected. Fits really well with my body frame and is one of the favorite cars I have ever driven. Only had one issue in 12000 miles and it was with the volume knob on the radio, so I work around and use the one on the steering wheel (too lazy to bring it in)

My Kona has been a reliable vehicle. i will be honest to say that i do not like the design of the grill. I had a 2022 Kona and loved the design. i do like the fact that the 2025 is bigger and has more room.

It has been fun as a new car...has glitches

Beautiful car. Could be more comfortable in driver seat/lumbar is broken from day 1! Screen glitches and gives service codes and dealership can't/ won't replace without being able to "recreate the issue" despite my videos of it happening

Love the Kona

I haven't needed any of the "techy" stuff yet but will have to study the book to figure it out as it's a bit more to it than my 2017 Tucson had. This car is the same size as my Tucson which is why I picked it. The new Tucson is larger & I had no need for a bigger car.

Kona love

Love my Kona! It's the perfect size for me yet feels spacious inside. The AWD has gotten me through snow in NW Ohio and sand on the Outer Banks. It's small enough to maneuver the twists and turns of the WV turnpike with ease.
