I like the car but realize it's not the ultimate ride for me.

After about six months, my horn didn't work, I call the service area and they wanted to charge for a diagnostic exam. I didn't think anyone should be charged for something like that during that time of ownership.

My Favorite Hyundai

I have had a few different types of Hyundai’s since my first, back in 2001. By far Kona is my favorite type, clearly as I’m on my 3rd one! It has been my “Goldilocks”. Not too big, not too small, just right! From bells and whistles to price I’ve not been happier with the Kona.

I Love my Kona N Line

Love my Kona. I thought about reading it in for a new one, but the Turbo isn't made anymore. I'm keeping it until something else grabs my attention...but right now , I'm quite satisfied with it.

Bad pricing

I’ve had a Hyundai at Coastal for over 20 years and they’ve always covered my oil change. Today I was told I didn’t have coverage for my oil change. I was told to change my oil and check my engine it would cost me over $300. I took my care back and went to a 5 star oil change place. They changed my oils, engine, tires, wind shield wipers, and filled my wiper cleaner. For $74. And some change. Big, Big difference.

I like the look and feel of the KONA

Basically the look of the KONA is modern and sleek, the way it drives was so good, i never had any issues in the 1 year i had this car, i was rear ended and it was declared total loss, i loved this vehicle when i had it, now what i didn't like was the small amount of trunk space and the back row, my 3 kids would say it was small for them, we now have an elantra and they say the space is so much better than the kona.

A step down from our 2020 model

We’ve had more issues with our 2023 than we ever have with our older model. Battery drains, the horn malfunctioning, bluelink connectivity, and so on. Still a good vehicle but definitely disappointing in comparison.
