Could improve

Really not happy with the safety oversight in the 2nd and 3rd row power seats. This vehicle seems dangerous right now as I have a young child sitting back there. I question what else was overlooked or not added to lower the manufacturing cost. I would like to see better MPG and EV use with this vehicle. I’m not quite getting the 30MPG as listed on the sticker.

Horrible Wiper Fluid Sprayer

The wiper fluid sprayers barely gets fluid on the windshield. It sprays extremely close to the bottom of the windshield. I have been refilling the reservoirs almost weekly when I use it because so much fluid is needed to clean the windshield. I already contact and opened a case with Hyundai. Was told it was sent to Engineering and they said it’s normal operation. I even sent a video showing how bad it is. Very disappointed with the way this works. Hoping the poorly designed sprayers does not result in an accident. Am also very disappointed with Hyundai’s reply.

Room for improvement

I have this car and also a Lexus hybrid. Here are areas I would improve if I was Hyundai for a superior driving experience: - the Lexus automatically slows down when you’re closing distance with the car ahead (like ahead of a traffic light that’s red), the Hyundai does not - the smart cruise control is hit or miss - many times it recognizes the lane lines but still will go across it. Not very reliable feature that’s important. - when putting the passenger seat in relaxation mode, it was colliding with the infant car seat that was in the second row, potentially very dangerous. There are a lot of nice features in this car, it’s just not as reliable as you would hope when using them in practice.

Sanctuary

This vehicle has everything for us. I feel jealous sometimes when I look in the mirror and everyone is enjoying it so much. For me a old Marine with numerous surgeries and joint replacement this vehicle is so comfortable. You can almost drive it without turning your head because the mirrors and cameras allow you to see what's around you at all times. Outstanding work Hyundai.

Hybrid battery won’t stay charged

Iur new 2026 Hyundai Palisade has been in the shop for over a month. We had it for 5 weeks, then the battery died 3 weeks in a row and had to be towed all 3 times.

Not as advertised, this car needs attention

Carbin and ride are great. Mpg of 24 is not as advertised for 4 cyl hybrid. Battery was replaced at 729 miles. Air flap system failure at 1,500 miles, engine light on and still on at 4,500 miles, and low engine oil warnings at 1,700 miles. Not what I waited (a long time) for.

A nice vehicle to own if vehicle is reliable enough

On the cost to feature comparison this is the best vehicle we can guy. the happiness just stops there. The vehicle is not reliable at all with so many issues popping up in the intial days/months of ownership which kills the happiness of owning the vehicle. It is something or other one every day.

Car is very impressive and a good value

Setup is way to complicated and menu was obviously written by some young Gen Z that have no clue of the realistic buyer. Owners manual was of the lowest quality pictures and paper I have ever seen. Biggest and only real complaint is number of recalls ( two in 3 weeks) and really bad manual. I have owned over 70 cars, never spent this much wasted time figuring out over complicated directions. M

The Scorpion Tires are terrible performance tires on a touring vehicle

Scorpion Tires are terrible. Too many OTA updates with errors. The HDA system is dumbed down from MY24 Santa Fe Hybrid Cali. The range is no where close to 600 miles as it closer to 400 miles (dont send me BS on why). The Automated Driver Controls are poorly implemented. I love the Pali but I am not likely to buy another one. I drive 5k a month. I know what I am talking about. The connected car (APPLE) is poorly integrated to the infotainment center. It is unstable.
