Quality control issues

After buying new, the car developed ride quality issues. The dealer had to re-align both front and rear end of vehicle and rebalance 3 of 4 tires. Ride is still not right. Been fighting with Hyundai care for replacement tires as the dealer stated to them it’s causing the current issue. Not resolved and continued runaround.

Sharp but Lacking MPG

I love the accessories but am dissatisfied with the mpg. In 2025 we bought a toyota grand hylander hybrid and it gets consistent 34 mpg. Our coligraphy only gets mid 20's.

Palisade Calligraphy is perfect for me and my family

I love driving this call. Features and amenities that exceed other luxury SUVs we were looking at (Volvo XC90, Lincoln Aviator) and also offers much better interior seating / room which my 13 and 15 year old boys (and friends) need. Everyone is always impressed by the interior leather, finishes and details, tech details and general aesthetic. So comfortable and drives so well. Love the color combination - brown leather and the Robust Emerald. It turns heads. I sometimes notice the lack of power when driving up steep hills, but it's worth it to have the Hybrid engine.

Perfect family SUV

This SUV has been perfect for our family of 5. We were looking for an SUV that looked nice, had space for all our kids travel ball equipment, but was not going to be a financial burden every time we had to fill up with gas. Not only did the Palisade check all those boxes, it checked many more such as the Bose sound system, a massaging driver's seat, leather interior, and heated/cooling front, middle, and back seats. We have owned BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and Porsche and the Palisade feels every bit as luxurious as those vehicles.

Great ride

Smoothest and most quit vehicle we have ever owned. Only item lacking is a compact spare, which Hyundai includes in other countries (Like Australia) on this model. Also the USA model doesn't have a trailer mode that you can use on trailer electric brakes, which again is available in other countries (like Canada).
