If things break, you need solutions

I purchased my 2026 Palisade Hybrid in August. The forward and back seat adjustment isn't working and I called to make an appointment at the service center. I was given an AI phone tree and it couldn't make an appointment. It sent me a link via text to schedule the appointment myself. I couldn't schedule the appointment because the menu item for my issue wasn't available. From someone who has taught technology and application/software development, I found the technology lacking. If the technology doesn't meet the needs and leaves the user frustrated AND with a broken issue, it needs to be addressed. Both the customer service model and the car. Both are broken.

2026 Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy

3 months into owning our 2026 Palisade Hybrid with Calligraphy trim and so far we love it! It has been everything we had hoped it would be. Hoping we will still feel the same after 5 years.

Hello Sergio,

Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking to improve our customer experience and appreciate any input from our customers. The tires do have a manufacturer warranty of their own, we recommend reaching out to your tire manufacturer regarding tire warranty. ^cc

Hyundai Palisade 2026

We have been very pleased with 30 mpg of this hybrid. The interior is very aestheticly pleasing and the exterior is eye catching. People ask us about our car in parking lots!
