Great Vehicle

We bought this car as our last car. We have 3000 mi. since purchase. It is everything we hoped this would supply. Plenty of passenger/driver space, great cargo space, the engine is full of power and the gas milage is great. We are getting about 33.4 mpg on our recent 800 mi trip. My only complaint is the dashboard features are very complex. It would make sense for Hyundai to make a YouTube series showing how to do the many options available.

Happy with our purchase decision

We considered 4 different SUV's prior to purchasing the Palisade. The Palisade offered the most features for the price. We are pleased with the vehicle. It is very comfortable. It is efficient in terms of fuel consumption. It performs well. We have experienced just two issues. The back hatch should automatically open when a person with the key fob stands there for 3 or 4 seconds. That function is not working; probably a sensor issue. The second issue is that the windshield must be weak. We caught just a tiny stone in the first month of ownership. We immediately went to Safelite to repair the chip. While the technician worked on it, the windshield cracked, and the crack has gotten much longer since. Based upon the fact that the Hyundai dealership's body shop can't seem to get a new windshield delivered, I have to believe that other Palisade owners are having a similar issue.

My second Palisade

This is my second Palisade. I bought the first one when they came out in 2020 and it was the best car I have owned. I was excited to see they were coming out with a hybrid and I waited for it. Overall I really like the car my only complaint and unfortunately it is significant. I am only 5 foot 11 inches tall but leg room in the driver seat is much shorter then my previous car. I feel cramped driving on long distances. Otherwise the car is a great upgrade. The mileage is awesome and the added safety features are great. Maybe the seat issue has something to do with the battery.

Currently my New Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy has Transmission failure

When I was driving on main highway with 50mph the car lost acceleration power and came to a standstill in middle of the highway, I had to tow it to the dealer and later on got to know that the car faced transmission failure with 2720 miles on it, apart from that it is a good car and I really liked it a lot.

Great vehicle, a serious saftey issue yet to be solved

I bought the vehicle in late April, 2026. The features are great, the ride is terrific. I have had a problem with hesitation when making turns from a stop. The gas pedal sometimes goes to the floor, and nothing happens; Pretty scary when you're making a left and turn into traffic. It has now been to the dealer 3 times (total of 14 days) and they have been unable to determine the cause, or find a fix.

First time Hyundai owner.

We purchased vehicle in Mid April of 2026. We love the Palisade. Only two complaints. We were required to purchase a Karr security system, for a $1,000.00. Adds no real value to the car. It is helpful only to the dealer to monitor and tract vehicle when its on their lot. The driver seat back cover ( access panel) came loose all by itself. Dealer said may have been a problem from factory. The two clips that hold it in place were broken. they needed to order a whole new cover, minimum 10 working days to get. And another week to reschedule installation. We can't use that seat behind the driver for access or seating. All the electrical is exposed. Still waiting for dealer to let us know that replacement part was received.
