Tell me how to reach the right people

Part of hybrid system came loose in first 100 miles. Had to go dealer for two days. They still cannot make my telephone serve as key. After two month, they blame my telephone but I tried a different telephone and that does not work either. The car is almost very good but Hyundai could not deliver the car fully assembled or capable of properly connecting to my Samsung S25 telephone. When this is resolved, I will be happy to re rate.

Disappointing gas milage

This is our second Palisade. Our 2022 Limited V6 started consuming oil so we traded it for a 2026 hybrid. Love the styling changes. The user interface on the infotainment system is in desperate need of an overhaul, not intuitive at all. The only major complaint is the fuel economy. We average only 4-5 mpg better than the V6. I think they would have been better off with a bigger battery and plug in option. The 4 cylinder engine works very hard when it is on, I worry about the longevity. Change the oil often! No more than 5,000 miles.

It’s a lot of car

Exterior looks, and interior comforts are off the chart. I’ve been in other high end luxury/sports vehicles that aren’t as luxurious. And the Palisade Caligraphy is far below the price of its Competitors.

Best 7 seater SUV

You can't ask for a more affordable 7 seater SUV with all the advanced safety and tech inside. The hyrbid helps with the mileage and the life time free subscription of my hyundai mobile service is amazing. Remote start for life, can you imagine? We do not have to carry the keys around.

Never thought I'd purchase a Hyundai

My husband and I were out shopping for a car. We looked at some very nice vehicles. I didn't want to look at Hyundai because I always thought they were inferior to some of the others. He (a retired car salesman) took me to the local Hyundai dealer. As soon as I saw the Palisade, I fell in love. The roomy interior is wonderful. The white leather was so classy. Then I took a drive in this beautiful car and had to have it. It is so quiet, so luxurious in the ride. I love the gas mileage, the 4 cylinder engine is powerful and gives me the pick up I need to merge on to the freeways easily. The dealership has been very attentive in their customer service. The third row seating when placed down is perfect for my dogs, groceries and smaller items from the box stores.

I’m having a lot of trouble with my CarPlay turning on and off

While I like my Palisade overall, I’ve experienced some inconsistencies with the electrical system and find certain features less convenient than expected, particularly the inability to control seat movement through CarPlay when the kids are getting in. I also appreciate the liftgate feature, though I would prefer a simpler hands-free operation that opens with a foot gesture rather than requiring several conditions to be met beforehand.
