Updated rating 2023 Palisade SEL

I would have bought a package up, but don't trust a lot of car makers with sun roofs, including Hyundai. That's fine now, but in the future looking for a replacement, this will factor in to what I buy. This replaced a 2019 Tucson Sport. Needed larger vehicle for the family, more comfortable seats. So far, pretty happy. Going to get the rattle noise (when I press the gas pedal going over 35mph) looked at when I go in for my oil change in a few weeks.

Average

This is an average midsize SUV. They need to dial back some of the extreme safety sets they have on this car. We constantly drive with the safety belt alarms going off because the car thinks that there is someone in the back. Super annoying. Also the car constantly feels like the traction control comes on every time you turn your car.

Keep looking at new cars

Palisade disappointed me and dealer wouldn't take it back as a trade in or cancelation in 2 days. Dealer worse that car.

Transmission

My Palisade has just reached 45,000 miles, and it appears that the transmission might be experiencing a potential issue. When I accelerate the vehicle, it feels as though it is struggling to shift gears, resulting in a lack of smooth acceleration compared to how it used to perform. I am hopeful that this is not a serious problem, as it is quite concerning to me.

Love my car!

When I purchased my Hyundai palisade, I was in need of a 7 passenger SUV to haul around grandkids and great grandkids. I looked at other models on the market and watch several reviews. I found that the Palisade was the best on the market and it was thousands of dollars less than their competition, even though the Palisade offered more features. To top it all off, Hyundai has the best warranty for any car on the market. offered more features.

Vehicles front end jumps and makes a loud noise when breaking on a small pot hole but runs smooth on a flat road. Seats are hard and media center is hard to navigate. Ilike the look and style.

From head to toe Spectacular!

Greatest ride experience to date! Seats are superbly comfortable and equipped with wonderful features. Massage feature is decent and have found it useful on longer drives. Plenty of places for storage and drives around our crew of 7 comfortably...even on across the country trips. Certainly need the roof rack with overhead storage box to give that extra space needed for luggage on big trips for a family with 3 kiddos. Plenty of power to give some quick speed bursts and drives smoothly all around.
