Service is Poor

When you go for service people does not even attend you properly. I visited Hyundai Huntington beach branch for a recall, I had asked for something which is fault in vehicle and the person said, - We only do diagnostic from Monday to Friday, you need to come again. (this is not acceptable, if there is a recall customer has to come as per your availability but for any issues in the car if he wants you to check you will not work on those things) - Car seat headrest is not coming out - I said its a design fault, person said, we fix and do the service here, if you think its a design fault then write to someone in Hyundai. Seriously??

You guys really upped your game

I'd put $160,000 mi on your car before some guy t-boned me and totaled it. During that time I didn't have a single problem with it. It was a dream to drive, it felt very comfortable and luxurious to be in, and every part of that car work just fine. And I got to tell you the car I got to replace the palisade it's only 7 months old The radio's already messing up. So you have no idea how amazing it is to have a car be so perfect.

Looks good but rides rough. Great features but no folding side mirrors which always have to get out and pop back into place after a car 🧽

Palisade

I like the vehicle but there are a couple of features i don't care for. The windshield wipers can't be lifted away from the windshield which is a great feature when we get snow and ice. Having to manually pull in the side mirrors is such a cheap feature! I would rather have power mirrors than the massage seat that starts up after being in the vehicle for an extended time. I find it annoying.

Beautiful and comfortable vehicle, some reliability issues.

Beautiful design inside and out. Comfortable and spacious. Lacks a cursor control dial or other feature to navigate touch screen (touch only). Reliability issues in rear differential gasket and water pump.
