Regretting it

Already, actively shopping for another car to replace my Palisade due to some of the worst service experiences from the original dealership, and overall unreliable car. Already replaced rear coupler and differential for known issue, but not as recall. I myself had to research after started hearing dragging noise from the back of the vehicle. Windshield gets star crack easily and wishing that I saw all the lawsuits regarding this issue before buying. Had few minutes of small hail outside of a grocery store and small dents are all over the body. My friend’s car, Honda Pilot, parked next to mine has nothing though.

Love the car but hard time getting a windshield replacement

I love my car and it has been great on several trips. However we seem to get a chip in the windshield. This happened on one trip then the next a buzzard hit my windshield on driver side. It made a spider crack beyond anything that I have seen. It has been over 4 months and yet not windshield It seems it is on backorder.

A wonderful car but challenge with the windshield

I love my vehicle. I love driving it. I love all the options! However saying that I do not like the fact that I have bought the windshield replacement it can take a long time to get a replacement. Todate I put a claim in on May 15 (there about) and have not received a replacement windshield It is a bad spider crack from a bird hitting the windshield on the driver side. In Texas sun it has gotten worse! We have not been able to take this vehicle on trips. I am really thinking even though I love my car I can not go this long without a replacement. I am thinking about buying another vehicle however I don't know if it will be Hyundai due to this challenge. I am a senior but I want to be safe in driving my vehicle especially when I have my grandkids in the car. What would you do?

Excellent vehicle with a couple of design flaws

Cruise control assist should also include an option for standard cruise control only. If it’s set at 55 and you get behind a car at 50, you don’t realize at times you’re not going the desired speed. Additionally, the start/stop engine stop feature such as at traffic lights should not automatically be activated when the vehicle is started. It should only be activated when the selector button is pushed, not on automatically.

Couldn’t talk to anybody there and had a hard time getting

Trying to get help on setting up some electronics that I’ve lost within the car. I was told by Service that Hyundai does that I don’t know what type of answer that is, but it is what it is.

I fell in love with the former model at the Auto Show back in 2019 and vowed to get it... And I did in 2023! Worth every penny and I love how safe I feel in it while having my two young children along for the ride! It's beautiful and drives like a dream!

Best SUV on the market

This is my second Palisade Calligraphy, never had any mechanical or software problems. The performance is excellent, the ride is very comfortable and handles great in the snow.
