ALMOST PERFECT
The Palisade is an awesome, luxurious, and reliable family car. Love the warranty that they offer. There are minor problems and is a bit of a nuisance due to unreliable dealership. First thing I notice about my Palisade is the paint peeling. First on the hood. Then I noticed it around the taillight. I have taken it to the dealership to get this problem fixed, and they have declined to fix it. The gauge cluster screen glitches from time to time. It’s like the screen is broken. So far it’s been fixing itself. The brakes started squeaking around 10,000 miles. I have taken it to the dealership. They said there was a leak. They did not fix the squeaking despite fixing the “leak.” The most annoying issue I’ve had with the Palisade is the driver side seat bolster. It has stopped inflating two weeks into purchasing the vehicle. I have gone into the dealership to get this fixed numerous times. I have paid out of pocket for transportation going back-and-forth despite asking for a lease vehicle. It would be fixed for up to 2 days max and then it would stop inflating again. I would bring it in again to do the same thing but same results every time. I have given up trying to get it fixed. There’s also a noise coming from one of the AC vents on the passenger side. Another one of the issues I’ve noticed is the steering wheel rattles when I’m going over 60 mph and the lane keep assist is turned on. The 2nd row passenger windows are foggy. There’s no wireless Apple car play for 2023 model. Third row seat has now light as well so it’s extremely dark at night. The Palisade is almost perfect. Dealership makes these issues I have more complicated than it should be. Hopefully, the newer ones are more thought out. Otherwise, great for families.
