Great Comfort & Quality

We wanted to purchase an SUV that would feel like a luxury SUV at a reasonable price. We love the combination of tech and comfort our Palisade provides, and it has performed well over the first two years of ownership. It's a vehicle that we look forward to driving, especially on longer trips.

Nice vehicle in every aspect except one.

This vehicle comes loaded with all kinds of features except one...towing package!!! Bought this vehicle believing it came with (or at least an option) a towing package. IT DID NOT!!! As a result we had to purchase a third party towing package (i.e. trailer hitch and wiring harness). Very disappointed to say the least. My last vehicle (a Toyota HIghlander) had an option, which we purchased, for a rear bumper with trailer hitch and wiring harness built into the bumper.

Enjoyed vehicle a deer ran in front of right frnder & totaled my car

Loved everything except gas cap was not locked from inside. Anyone could have stolen gas r damaged gas tank.

Nice Interior and Styling, Horrible Stereo

I have had a couple issues...one with the front camera and the AWD coupler had to be replaced. But I am enjoying the vehicle. It's very comfortable on road trips. The HK stereo in the Calligraphy is terrible though. It bothers me every time I drive it. I used to do car stereo competitions so I expect a competition stereo in the top trims of vehicles. The HK stereo doesn't have any bass, the staging is all wrong, and the mids are muddy. I would pay another $5k to have a high end luxury brand stereo in my Pally with a subwoofer that actually moves air. This vehicle should also have an option for the turbo V6 Stinger motor to make it more fun to drive. The drivers seat should also go down further. I feel like I'm sitting too high but the seat doesn't adjust down any more.

Amazing Vehicle. Great Technology
