Family friendly Dont like door lock system scratches n dings very easy Smooth ride live how u can put all seats dont from the back i like all the heated n cooled seats Headlights could be better Engine mount broke within the first year Replacement tires expensive nit a fan if low profile tires Good sound

I’ve had many SUVs over the years, but this one is by far the best one. It rides very smooth. Many great features. We’ve leased every three years and our last several vehicles have been Hyundais.

Just stops. Dealers can't help!

This car randomly stops as if collision avoidance when it is the only car on the road. 3 different dealers report "can't replicate". Turned off collision avoidance and it still happens!!

Palisades lose their value very quick you pay 30 $35,000 for it and it’s only worth about $20,000 after a year this was a bad purchase!

Great car - can we have a few upgrades? :)

Let me first start by saying, I'd drive this vehicle again. Now let me tell you why I didn't give "5 stars." 1. in order for Carplay to work, my phone has to be plugged into the vehicle through a USB. Having a cord in your center console can get annoying. Bluetooth for the Carplay would be awesome! 2. The material my XRT has on the seats feels cheap and shows water drips, smears SO easily. It's also a bit hard to clean. Can you upgrade the seat material? 3. Rain sensing wipers would be a great addition to the car, along with a heated steering wheel on this trim line

good value, poor implementations, questionable quality

Designers and engineers really need to spend some time driving competitor vehicles to fully appreciate how outdated some of the tech and design feels in the car. Should also spend time talking to independent shops to understand the long term reliability issues with these cars and actually fix them. Checklists of features only go so far if the quality is poor and the implementation of them is lacking.
