Luxury at a non-luxury Price

A great 3-row SUV which has a lot of features other vehicles in its class lack. Features like heated seats in all row. Cooled sets in front and middle. Safety features like blind spot camera view in the gauge cluster. No defects or issues in a year of ownership. I bought the Calligraphy trim level and paid the same price as an average new car in the USA.

Decent but would not purchase another

The 2024 Palisade is an average vehicle; the interior is beautiful and comfortable. The exterior is luxurious looking and stylish. mechanical performance is lacking, the ride is not smooth or quite, often feels like the engine is not capable handling the vehicle weight. Was not the case during our test drive but the more we drive the less likely we are to recommend or purchase another Hyundai.

So Far I’m Happy With My Palisade

No major issues. Shortly after purchase I noted a whistling wind noise coming from the front on the passenger side near the front tire or maybe the hood when driving at or above 60mph. I took it back to the dealership. They kept it 10 days and did nothing. It’s still whistling when drive at 60+mph. Also, I suggest someone redesign the front air conditioner vents. It is difficult to actually adjust for maximum or minimum air flow.

Worse Vehicle DO NOT BUY!

This is the worse vehicle I have ever owned. Multiple issues with Struts (5x in the last year since 4/2025, 2 sway bar replacements, engine knocking, ac compressor, chair grinding, 6 o ring issues, fuel injector replaced) oh, and the extended warranty that I purchased for glass and paint, Hyundai does not cover. Stay far away from Hyundai, for the quality is not worth the hassle. My car has been in the shop more than I owned it and it is a 2024. If I can rate it a zero I would. Consumer affairs is a joke and they do not follow the Texas Law for Lemon Law Vehicles.

Best In Class

Grill is extremely hard to clean. would like a little better fuel economy on Hwy. travel. sometimes driver's seat changes position after car is in gear., would like to have more lights at night , that is fog lights or road lights for seeing debris on hwy at night. my wife says otherwise it is perfect. just wish we had opted for vibrating seats as we got the lesser level of comforts available. Thank you Hyundai
