We love the vehicle but…

We love the car but the problem is that the cruise control sensor consistently gets an alert that the radar is blocked. This happened since we got the vehicle. When we took it to dealership they stated that it was cause due to some sort of damage that we are not even aware of. To fix it they wanted to charge us for a replacement part over $2000. It has been an unfortunate experience but we will see what options we have at the end of lease. Again, great product that resulted faulty.

Multiple Trips

We have had to take our Palisade to the dealership (not the one we bought it from, as that actual dealership is awful (it is in Montgomery)- we actually drive 1.5 hours to Hoover for scheduled services - however the need to take car in at least 5 times for evaluation and eventually repair of some rear end differential problem twice, has soured our enjoyment of our car.

Very solid and composed.

It feels like a luxury car. Rides very well with a quiet and composed ride. My only concern is the number of engine problems I hear about Hyundai and Kia. Hyundai seems to step up to the plate and resolve problems when they happen. Keep it up.
