Best SUV Created on the Road

Best vehicle I have purchased in a long time compared to my Hyundai Azera. Love both vehicles, both it took many years to find a SUV that was more worthy than other SUVs. I am very satisfied with my vehicle.

Love my Palisade!

The Palisade has been a great vehicle for me after 20 years of driving a mini van. I didn’t want something too big but still wanted the space for 5+ people and cargo. Interior features that were non- negotiable - cargo net and a place for my purse. This was the only SUV that has storage in the driver console area to put away a purse. The one thing I want is more cup holders. The mini van had two extra that folded down from the backside of the center console (so they were “on” the floor for use by the 2nd row passengers. This could easily be included in the Palisade design. Also, the door storage is not wide enough to hold anything larger than a standard 16oz water bottle and it’s angled. Would love more space in the door to accomodate larger cups and umbrellas.

Great car but infotainment unit is problematic

Car is great, rides well, quite and MPG is 20-25 depending on city/hwy. No mechanical issues since purchase. Only issue is the infotainment system. It can’t retain radio stations. At all. It also did - one time so far - go blank while driving. It did come back on but not sure why it blanked out. Service team has not been able to point to the issue. Had it looked at twice and they just told me nothing was wrong. It is but I can’t leave my car forever for them to just reproduce the problem. They have not been helpful providing an alternate solution.

I have really enjoyed my Hyundai Palisade. There have been a couple of minor issues that are annoying more than troublesome. The ride is smooth. The seats are comfortable. It’s fun to drive. I enjoy all of the bells and whistles that came with it. My Palisade is the perfect traveling vehicle for my family of 6.

Never buy a Hyundai

Unfortunately, Hyundai doesn’t care about Customer Service. The brand new car I purchased had issues the very next day and they could care less. They did eventually fix it all, but it was an unpleasant experience and totally ruined. The new car purchase experience. I will never buy a new Hyundai again.

Almost Perfect!

I wish there were grab handles at the windshield posts. The exterior vinyl trim at the front fender wells should be one, not two pieces. The front fenders should be joined to the front section more securely and perhaps no seam at all, the reason being, a car door was opened banging into the front fender seam causing separation. Roof crack design creates wind noise and should be redesigned. Auto braking while in cruise can be overly aggressive at times. Other than everything I've listed, this is a perfect vehicle.

Super value proposition

I love this car. It does everything I bought it for very well. There are other cars in its class that do things as well but for significantly more money both upfront and in maintenance costs plus the best warranty available.

2024 Palisade rear suspension issue

The vehicle is great. My only concern is the vehicle has a knocking sound in the rear while driving. I have taken it to the dealership to address the issue to no avail. They stated it was a suspension issue but after taking it in for service, the sound has not gone away.
