I've had five cars. This is by far my favorite

This is the first new car I've ever owned. The interior features are easy to use. The ride is comfortable not only for driver but also for those in the second row.

Proven Value

I drive clients to the airport and back about 45 miles each way. I have put 140k miles on in 19 months. I have replaced tires once (get the Kumba). All regular services and oil changes and it’s running like a champ. Clients constantly comment on the comfort, high quality, and look and I rave about the gas mileage along with the dependability and service team excellence. I will buy another.

Must have Car of every year

Do not miss out on this car. I have the top-of-the-line version of this SUV. I tested 7 other 3rd row options and have not regrated my choice. From the driver massage chair and the adjustment in the lumbar support after driving over an hour. to the adjustments of the 2nd and 3rd row seating. i've fit so much in this car.

Love my Palisade!

The Palisade has been a great vehicle for me after 20 years of driving a mini van. I didn’t want something too big but still wanted the space for 5+ people and cargo. Interior features that were non- negotiable - cargo net and a place for my purse. This was the only SUV that has storage in the driver console area to put away a purse. The one thing I want is more cup holders. The mini van had two extra that folded down from the backside of the center console (so they were “on” the floor for use by the 2nd row passengers. This could easily be included in the Palisade design. Also, the door storage is not wide enough to hold anything larger than a standard 16oz water bottle and it’s angled. Would love more space in the door to accomodate larger cups and umbrellas.

Great car but infotainment unit is problematic

Car is great, rides well, quite and MPG is 20-25 depending on city/hwy. No mechanical issues since purchase. Only issue is the infotainment system. It can’t retain radio stations. At all. It also did - one time so far - go blank while driving. It did come back on but not sure why it blanked out. Service team has not been able to point to the issue. Had it looked at twice and they just told me nothing was wrong. It is but I can’t leave my car forever for them to just reproduce the problem. They have not been helpful providing an alternate solution.

I have really enjoyed my Hyundai Palisade. There have been a couple of minor issues that are annoying more than troublesome. The ride is smooth. The seats are comfortable. It’s fun to drive. I enjoy all of the bells and whistles that came with it. My Palisade is the perfect traveling vehicle for my family of 6.
