Beware!!! MANY issues, constant recalls and awful customer service.

My first brand new vehicle and has been nothing but awful issues. Tried for lemon law but always a new issue. Stay CLEAR from Hyundai!!!

Too many recalls

Overall, a very nice vehicle. It had an engine block recall within the first six months of ownership. Also had another recall a year and a half later. I paid for the top-of-the-line Calligraphy model, however, some of the bells and whistles are not present or do not work. For example, the automatic windshield wipers are not consistent. The exterior rearview mirrors do not retract automatically as on most vehicles in this price point. You must manually fold them in. I expected a little more for the price I paid. Also, after I have the vehicle serviced, I get emails and messages on the app saying that I am overdue for service. My maintenance history is not being updated.

Difficult to unlock doors in rain-need button not sensors. Eliminate sun roofs-high failure rate. Manufacturer knows there is a high failure rate in sun roofs and does not correct it-NO EXCUSE-POOR DESIGN

I love my Palisade

If I could give it a 4.5 I would but I couldn’t so I gave it a 5. I love it but I do wish it didn’t have so many beeps and alarms. That’s the main complaint I have so far. Unnecessary beeping!

ABS brakes issue on my new 2024 Palisade

I just purchased the new 2024 Palisade. We were traveling about 15-20 mph when approaching a stop sign when I pressed the brakes the ABS braking system went on and I could not stop the car. The car seemed to learch forward while the ABS braking was going on and the car did not stop in time and we traveled into the middle of the intersection. Good thing the driver coming from the cross street slammed on his brakes and did not hit us. The road we were traveling on was a little rough and bumpy at the point the ABS engaged when I was breaking. We stopped driving this as my family so scared of the incident and had some scratches on my car
