I like my Palisade

This is my first new car since 1997. A lot of tech has changed since then!! It was time to rip the bandaid off and drive into the 21st century. I like the style, big enough, 3 rows, second row with 2 seats. The technology is a bit overwhelming for me but I’m learning. Drives great, comfortable inside. Very happy with my Palisade!!

Funky electronics but great SUV overall.

We have enjoyed our Palisade. The gas mileage is not fantastic and the electronics have been challenging (collision alerts when there is nothing in front of me during clear weather, for example). Air flow in the center and tear seats is not at all strong and cooling seats don’t always feel very cool/little air flow. Pros are the navigation system, quality of the leather seating. Heating all works fantastic and heated steering is perfect, doesn’t get too hot. Last complaint is Hyundai Bluelink won’t connect and start my vehicle—dealer just shrugged and said nothing they can do. Not sure I would get another. Very expensive for things to not work correctly…

Need better books explaining vehicle, I don’t use computers and I miss the books like the old cars used to have. Can’t I can’t find anything in your two books. Also seats are hard, too hard for a long drives. The cruise control is not as easy to use as my Nissan ultimate was..

For the most part everything is great except the Fan speed control. It should be a knob or a button, but not a touch screen adjustment which requires heads down for too much time to set the fan speed.

Did not address concern.

We asked Hyundai to check and fix the rattling noise. After getting the vehicle it now constantly makes the noise. Should never occur on a brand new vehicle. It is very concerning and it could be a safety concern for our family.
