Is in the shop a lot for the same problem

Love my car, has all the bells and whistles. Luxury on a budget. However, the quality does not seem to be the greatest. I have only had my car for less than 4 months and it’s been to the dealer multiple times for the same exact side view mirror sensor and I’ve been in a loaner vehicle for 3 weeks and the issue remains unresolved at this time

Second time around with a great Hyudai product---the Palisade

This is my second Palisade, the 2025 Palisade is the deluxe model, Calligraphy model, which I do not think was available with my first Palisade which was a 2020 model. I put an absolutely trouble-free 60,000 miles on that first car in less than 48 months. Because of Hyundai's quality and also their 'free' coverage for most of those 40+ months, my only costs were a couple of oil changes AFTER the initial warranty ended. THAT is quality 'built in'. I have just over twenty thousand miles on the 'new' 2024 whicn I purchased in May of 2024. Not bad driving for a 78 year old. These two Hyundai's were my 20th and 21st new car purchase and I had ONLY chosen a non American-branded vehicle once before. I had purchased and driven a total of seven Lincolns---all models---prior to these two Hyundai purchases. My local dealer, Napleton of Carmel Hyundai contines to provide excellent support and basic maintenance; but again, I have only had the car 'back' in the shop for oil changes and tire rotations---all of which are covered under Hyundai's excellent new-car warranty. I might 'move up' to the Genesis, now that they have a three row model; but, to be honest, I don't know 'why' right now because I am "just that completely happy" with my Palisade.

Best car we’ve ever had

My wife is in love with this car. It drives very well for a large suv, is extremely comfortable and gets good mileage for a vehicle its size. All of the gauges are well designed and easy to understand, as if the very extensive infotainment system. The maps and gps directions are especially intuitive. I would highly recommend this vehicle over any other suv it’s size.

FROM PARENTS WITH 6 CHILDREN

I am in love with my Palisade but there are a few things that i would have liked differently. I love the safety features on the car but the sensors are extremely sensitive. The crash alert is a great safety feature but sometimes it hits the brake FOR you and there have been times when it almost CAUSED the accident instead of preventing it. The interior is very spacious. The bench in the middle is great, The third row is spacious enough for adults to sit back there. I love that it has passenger talk so i dont have to yell to the third row i can simply tap a button and speak and they can hear me throughout the speakers. I love that it has so many charging ports and so many cup holders. It is EXCELLENT in the snow

Amazing car for the price

Palisade is an amazing family vehicle , super comfortable, quiet on the road and brings latest tech that luxury cara miss out on. The only gripe i may have is the handling could be better but when you compare with other cara in similar range, palisade wins hands down

Very happy but one design flaw

I love my 2024 Palisade. Comfort, handling, ride, and features are all great. My only gripe is the center console. It is WAY TOO WIDE, and doesn't need to be. This reduces knee room for both the driver and the passenger, although it is much more of a problem for the driver's right leg, which must stay on the gas pedal. Also on that console, the largest control, by far, is the big round knob for the drive mode selection. I, and most of the people I've asked, NEVER use this control (OK, maybe once when I purchase a new vehicle), but there it is big and bold, more or less in the center of the console. I'm just not sure what (or if) they were thinking here.

Really impressive, feature packed, family friendly

This is an impressive car with tons of life improvement features and functionalities which makes it a very family friendly car. Very comfortable in all 3 rows, with the best in class leg room and therefore comfort in the 3rd row. The 3rd row seats recline, that is a game changer for passenger comfort. The convenient feature of folding and unfolding 3rd row seats from the trunk with a push of a button is quite helpful. 3rd row has heated seats which is very thoughtful. The drive is very comfortable, remote start from the app for winter days is super convenient. Being able to locate the car in the app is very helpful. Tons of safety features makes it possible for not so good drivers to stay safe on the road which is really really important and impressive how this car implemented these.
