Hoping for improvement in the future

Had high hopes for the Palisade but have had many issues already - sub 40k. Drive shaft coupling was bad and had to be replaced , currently back in the shop with shock/suspension issues. Weird electrical glitches as well. I was also disappointed the model does not come with folding side mirrors or a telescoping steering wheel.

Webb 2024 Palisade

The vehicle jerks when in drive. I informed Hyundai of Orange Park in Florida the last couple of times that I took the vehicle in but they said there is nothing wrong. It is getting worse.

Great vehicle except dealer service department and electrical issues

Multiple electrical issues with less than 2500 miles on odo. Dealer had vehicle off and on for three months with very little communication about what they were doing. Took it back multiple times until dealer said issue was repaired, then it broke down again. Very nervous about relability and dealer ability to repair.

Fun to drive--poor gas mileage

We love our Palisade. The vehicle is fun to drive, is beautiful, it handles well, the safety features are fantastic, is comfortable for our family of 4 with occasional guests, has a great setup for kids in the back seats, and has great storage space. We previously had a Honda Odyssey and we like the Palisade a lot more, however, we were surprised by the poor gas mileage as well as the gas tank that is smaller than the Odyssey resulting in frequent trips to the gas station. Also, the front console is poorly designed with extremely limited space for cup holders, phones, and other supplies. Overall, we love the Palisade and would purchase another one, but hopefully the front console will be improved in the future.

I love how spacious and comfortable the car is. Such nice features with all 3 rows with heated seats, lots of cameras for safety, and the double sunroof makes it feel like a convertible without the wind!
