Nice when we first got it but been disappointed with several issues.

Mechanics can never reproduce the issues and want me to "record" it when it happens. That is not likely, as I am driving when it happens and can't just grab phone and start recording it.

Great Family Vehicle

This is a great choice for a family of 5. I am able to fit 7 people in the vehicle. The third row is a tight fit and not a lot of leg room for taller people, but it works. My kids especially like the heated and cooled seats in the 2nd row.

all is good except when passing another car my car will not pick up speed it will hesitate bad AND THEN CHANGE GEAR AND PICKS UP SLOWLY DANGERIS

Absolutely elegant and reliable

I can honestly say it’s one of the best vehicles I’ve ever owned. It’s elegant, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable Hyundai really did a great job balancing luxury with practicality. The ride feels smooth and solid, and the car has been extremely reliable. I never have to worry about anything with this vehicle; it starts, runs, and handles like a dream every single day. What I love most are the features. There are so many thoughtful details that make driving easier and safer from the spacious interior and premium feel to the smart safety systems, cameras, and all the convenient tech. Everything is intuitive and genuinely helpful, not just “extras” you never use. Palisade is stylish, comfortable, and dependable.

Happy with my Palisade Calligraphy!

I have had my new Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition for 13 months and love it. It is the first SUV I have bought (65 years old) and, although I loved my Nissan Maxima, I upgraded due to having a bad back and a needing a bit more ease when getting in and out of the vehicle. I love the room and comfort when driving and definitely use the back massage to come on at 30 minutes of driving. The safety features are numerous and is so much fun to drive. I am very satisfied.

Would be perfect with a few tweaks

I love my Hyundais! Four Sonatas and now a Palisade, they’ve all been great. However, the door handle “dip/touch” on the Palisade is pretty bad. We live in PA so it’s cold and rainy a bunch, aside from 3 months when it’s somewhat hot and rainy. When it’s rainy, I have a hard time getting into my car as and locking can also be a bit tricky, especially when parallel parked! When it’s rainy and I’m in a situation when I need to move fast (car approaching or pouring hard) I’ve gotten to the point where I search my massive purse to get the key and unlock it like it’s 2005. Could you maybe come up with a proximity key like the Teslas? Or go back to the little rubbery button? I know first hand how those little buttons freeze up in the winter, but you can still use them most of the year. Also, the panoramic sunroof is a feature that the DRIVER usually pays extra for so the drivers want to enjoy it. I realize the Palisade is significantly larger than a Sonata, but the panoramic sunroof in the sonatas is way better because the driver gets to enjoy the open sunroof. Maybe in future models make the roof above the driver larger? And the back smaller? I’m only 5’5”, but I do have longer legs so when I sit in the Palisade the roof is cut off above my head in a very awkward way so I can’t exactly enjoy the sunshine or the air, which really kind of stinks. Please consider adjusting the driver sunroof and reworking those door handle locks. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 if possible maybe even a little more bass for those of us that like bassy music. I still love Hyundai, I’ll continue to buy either Sonatas, Palisade, and probably a Genesis in the soon-ish future, but these little mods would go a longggggg way in my book.

Value Drops Quickly

Overall the vehicle has been good. I have had issues with several paint chips on the front end and hood, paint does seem very durable. I drive approximately 30,000 plus miles per year so my 2024 is only valued around $26,000 with 68,000 miles on it.
