We Love Our Car, but…

We own the SE Limited, and we bought it as the car we would own for the next 10 years. It is a good investment so far. The biggest disappointment is the fact that a car this luxurious does not have side mirrors that retract electronically or automatically… hard to believe because of all the other incredible features otherwise.

Service incomplete

The reason for the service was that the Palisades showed the '"Service" needed icon on the Dashboard. Once the service was completed and brought home, the Service notice still remains everytime the car is turned on. Makes me wonder if the Service was actually done?

Issues with brakes

The brakes do not go to a complete stop when passing over bumps on the road. This is not safe because I have come close to hitting vehicle in front of me. At this point, if I am familiar with the road and weather conditions are good (no snow and no rain) then I avoid pressing the brakes over bumpy road and wait until even pavement then brake.
