Poor quality

Multiple recalls have been issued for the vehicle, and several times I was told the parts needed for the replacement were not available. The lock mechanism in the door handle infrequently stops working. One time it locked my kids in the car with the keys inside. The seatbelt alarm goes off when there is nothing on any of the seats and I’m the only one in the car with my seatbelt fastened. The screen freezes and no music can be listened to while driving.

Love my Palisade!

I loved my Palisade because it was but inky beautiful, it was awesome to drive. Very smooth! I loved it so much that I just leased a brand new one this week because my lease was over on the 2024 one!

Good family car - great for lots of kids

Overall, I really have enjoyed the Palisade. Easy to drive and very comfortable when I have to shuttle around 5 teenagers. The trunk space is very small, which is a down side. Also, the brake sometimes sticks when I turn on the engine which is annoying,

My ride

I have a 2024 Kaylee palisade calligraphy night beautiful car black on black get so many compliments from everyone who sees it the inside suede walls and seats are beautiful, all the electronics were great. 360 camera. I love love love.

This is a great car

I have loved almost everything about my Palisade. I don't think it goes up a snowy road as well as it could, but overall, the vehicle is great. It tides nice. It's comfortable and it converts from 2 passengers to 7.

2025 Palisade

Lots of recalls on this suv, now the hvac system is leaking and it only has 21,000 miles on it. Randomly the sensors go off when your driving and all the warning lights come on and then when you turn the vehicle off and back on again, all the lights go out. Hard to get the dealer to fix it when they don’t actually see the issue happen.

Family vehicle

Overall the car has been amazing. 2 kids and 3 dogs latter and the car still looks and runs great. My only concerns have been the very very slow turn around time after a saftey recall.

I Love My Palisade, but…

The only things I don’t love about my car is the cost of gas, and the Hyundai Dealership Service. They did a bad tire rotation and balancing that caused me to have to buy new tires too soon, and then on the next service, they kept my car for 5 weeks because of back ordered parts!
