2025 Hyundai palisade

Mostly love the vehicle. A few trim pieces rattle which is annoying. Dealership not helpful at all. Has all options I want and a few I don’t. Very comfortable to drive on roadtrips. Love the color I got. Blue. Also the ventilated seat is not very noticeable at all

Fraudlent marketing

You sale the vehicle as if you get a remote control access thru your blue. IT is not free because you have to give up your privacy to use it. That is not stated in any of the markeing material upfront. If I knew this I would not have bought the car. Then when I point this out to you, the response is the dance thru many hoops to opt out. HOMEWORK was not my intention when I bought this car, if this is supposed to be luxury. You should not let junior marketing people run a company that does not have overall customer service as the number one intention, instead of gathering information to make their job feel like it is needed. I am totally disappointed.

Wasted Potential

This vehicle had the potential to be one of the best cars I have ever owned if not for two major issues. First, the paint that makes it the midnight edition flakes off so easily it is ridiculous. It makes a car with the potential for looking luxurious look cheap. The second issue is the transmission which does not shift quickly or smoothly and caused the vehicle to run rough after just a month of use.

Overall enjoy my car. Miss the auto mirror folding feature and the Remote Smart Parking Assist not available on the limited only on the calligraphy. Really liked this feature on my Santa Fe.

Fun for the whole family

So far we only have great things to say. The car has been perfect for my family. The size is just right. The amount of legroom in all three rows is perfect for everyone including adults. I do have a small complaint. The seatbelt buckles in the rear 2 rows are a little hard for the little ones to put on. The base of the seatbelt slides down everytime you try to clasp them together. The base should be a little more firm.
