Really enjoy all the driving assists in my calligraphy. First time having those. Comfort is great and enjoy all the precise adjustments to the seats. Drive is really nice, smooth.

New car honeymoon phase lasted about a week then j

The vehicle is only “fair”. Engine got noisy, stereo sound terrible and the squeaks and rattles should belong to a 200,000 mile car not a 2200 Mile car

The vehicle drives well as far as smoothness and noise. I wish it had a more powerful engine. The inside is beautiful. It has sleek lines and a lot of storage capacity. I like the extra storage below the controls.

Love the car

Love the vehicle. I wish we had a knob/button to change temperature setting fans up/down. When driving, it's difficult to watch the road AND try to turn the fan up or down and check front/back settings as well. I miss having physical buttons VS touch screen buttons. Other than that, the vehicle is really nice.

Needed AWD vehicle for road trips

Overall I really like the Palisade. It is an overall great value with the price point and the warranty. This is our second Hyundai SUV, and we still have the 2013 Santa Fe Sport.

Windshield cracked after 3300 miles

Extremely small object, possible as small as a grain of sand, struck the windshield causing a rapid crack across half the windshield. At most it should have only caused a small chip that could have been repaired. A check on the internet revealed a lot of complaint. Kia uses the same glass suppliers, but has covered such similar cracks in the past.

2 months old and the battery is shot. Have had to jump it 4 times within a week.

Not impressed

I'm disappointed in the technology of the Palisade. I can't connect to Bluetooth without plugging my phone into the car. The automatic lock/unlock feature by touching the handle works only sometimes. The car doesn't detect my key to start the vehicle unless I dig it out of my work bag which can be inconvenient.

We only had it two months but we love it so far. Great ride comfortable, we have a lot of safety features. The one thing I don’t care for is we can only get car play if we hook are phones to usb outlet, there is no wireless feature so far. We are still trying to.
