Cheap interior that ships and scratches after 1 month

Open seatbelt safety recalls that aren't being fixed that put my family and friends in danger

My 2025 Palisade Calligraphy

Very comfortable vehicle, allows very good visibility in all directions, the surround camera is an added bonus. Interior passenger room and rear storage area are perfect for my use. Only down sides are could use more power for acceleration onto expressways, cruise control adaptive system is overly sensitive, and a vehicle of this size and overall quality should have power folding side mirrors.

Absolutely love my Palisade! Super comfortable, smooth ride, lots of room, and packed with great features. Perfect for daily driving and road trips. One of the best SUVs I’ve owned!

I love my car. I named her Ms. Saddie!

I'm still learning my car because there is so much to to learn. I haven't had a new car in 19 years. My last car I purchased brand new in 2005 when I received my Master's degree. It was a present to myself! I loved my Acura MDX and it was my first SUV. I said that I can't return to sedan cars. I love SUVs!

So far so good.

Overall, I’m happy with the price I paid—it felt like a great deal. However, there’s one aspect that’s been a bit frustrating. Every time I start the car, I have to set up several button features all over again. Even though I’m the only driver, I still have to confirm it’s me just to get the radio to display on the screen. Then, I have to manually deactivate the Idle Stop and Go feature, and also press a button to change the drive mode. It feels unnecessary to have to adjust all these settings each time I start the car. It would be much better if the vehicle just remembered the preferences I chose and kept them until I decide to change them myself. Additionally, I haven’t been able to set up the wireless connection for Apple Play or my digital key on my phone.

Great vehicle but service needs improvement

We like the Palisade and the way it handles on the road, plus we value the extra features and comfort. Service from the local dealer in Lawrence KS has been average to below average. They are short staffed and take longer than they should to respond to scheduling appointments and providing updates.

Love the three year maintenance. A lot of cars now only get two years. It’s a nice drive with a lot of room. Love the hud! It’s what sold it for me!

2025 Hyundai Palisade

Beautiful, but has glitches. The door will unlock without the key 50/50. Cruise control works perfectly 85% of the time and others won't work. The wipers will come on automatically sometimes with a light sprinkle but won't always come on during a downpour. There are times when the push start won't, and gives a message to use fob and sometimes the fob won't connect. I've had to use the remote to start the car. One time I had to jump start the car and after we got it started drove it to AutoZone to check the battery. The battery was 100% fine.

Nice looking and comfortable. Not great on gas mileage.

I would like the car better if there was a Hybrid version available. This is my second Palisade and I live the way it looks and drives. We're a family of four and everyone sits comfortably. I feel like I am always filling the tank. The car doesn't get good gas mileage.
