Too many recalls

We've lost trust in this vehicle. There have been so many recalls on key safety requirements. The vehicle doesn't accelerate well and it rolls forward after you put it in park. Very disappointed.

Great but sitting waiting on recall

The safety recall has me without my car since the drivers sealbelt completely failed and there are no replacement parts to fix it. While my dealership has been great I am paying for a car that is sitting on their lot. No real estimate as to when it will be fixed. I can not be expected to drive without a drivers seatbelt. It is not safe and it is illegal in our state. So I wait, and pay my payment monthly for a car I can not drive. You would think that a car with a failed seatbelt would move to the top of the repair list. And you would think Hyandai would make it a priority. I grow more and more frustraded by the day and just want my car back. I do love the car but I miss it.

Recalls are a nightmare

We’ve had multiple recalls most of which they tell us they don’t have parts for. Just today my wife spent over an hour on the phone with the dealership with NO success. One person she talked to said if they fixed the problem they could not guarantee it wouldn’t cause a problem!! My wife asked to talk to the general manager, they said she could not talk to him but could talk to the assistant general manager - Matt Cougswell. She left a message but no call back.

Auto Dim screens

I am not happy with the auto dim feature on the information screen and the odometer screen it flashes from bright to dark when ever you drive in a shaded area. This feature has no adjustment to turn off this feature. It seems that the sensors are very sensitive to the lighting that is coming in to the car. If there is a way to turn off this feature that would be very helpful so the screen lights are not going from bright to dark very annoying feature.

Operation

The collision warning starts the braking process when in a sharp curve. This happens often. The cruse control increase/decrease button is too small for male finger to push up or down without looking at what you’re doing. Can hear alot of road noise, more than other cars i have driven. Overall the Palisade is well built and very good quality, with excellent warranty.

Overall seem quality built has had a dew to many recalls for my liking but hasn't given us any issues to this point. I like some of the creature features like heated and cooled seat the safety features are also nice.
