Best Service Around

Scheduling an appointment with the service team was incredibly easy, and service began immediately upon arrival. I was able to bring my vehicle in earlier than expected, and the team kept me informed throughout the process, providing updates on each step and the estimated completion time. My Palisade was ready that same afternoon, and it was even returned to me freshly cleaned. Working with the service team was a great experience. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the work that had been completed. They also provided helpful recommendations for any additional maintenance that might be needed, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.

It's a nice car, comfortable to ride in and has lots of safety features my 2011 Dodge Caravan didn't have, but, the Caravan seemed to have more interior space. Might just be my imagination??

Disappointed

Tires were worn out and needing to be replaced before the one year or 15,000 mile mark was up. Hyundai did not honor any tire warranty with them. I do find that the service department at Lancaster Hyundai is always trying to sell you up on services and are not very honest. I haven’t been very excited about this car at all.

Very smooth ride with enough power when needed. Lot of technology and options. Few things that would have made a whole lot better are 1. Wireless car play. 2. Bigger Gas Tank 3. Some more interior color options.

Terrible Vehicle That Hyundai Will Stand Behind

This vehicle has issues with the Limp Mode and almost killed my wife and I because of it as it went into limp mode and a 7 degree incline while drivibg on a mountain freeway.
