Recalls

I have 2 recalls on my 2025 Palisade each time I’ve gone to schedule my oil change I’ve asked for them to be done and the parts are always on back order and when I bought it brand new Wi just 1 mile on it I requested to be added to the contract I MUST HAVE A LOANER vehicle of the same size they don’t have any available and make me waste 2 hours of my day for a flipping oil change I can’t take it to a local oil change place because they can’t reset the information to go to my phone apparently that’s a ONLY DEALERSHIP CAN DO it ISSUE! Not really pleased with it and should’ve bought an American MADE vehicle

Better than I thought

After a year and a half, I'm overall very happy with my vehicle. I appreciate the physical buttons and knobs instead of having to go through the infotainment system for tasks like seat ventilation, temperature control, etc... It's been trouble free mechanical, but has a rattles/squeaks. The engine has plenty of power and the transmission works well. One feature I really like is the automatic emergency brake will auto disengage without having to put the seat belt on. This is handy when moving the car from the driveway to the street.

Good overall vehicle with comfortable ride and safety being on the top of the list. Stereo system is sub par however. Maybe more speakers would help with this. The grill being plastic chipped very easily from dust/dirt on the roadway. Actually within the first week of ownership. Windshield glass thinner? Received a chip the 2nd day from a rock.

Great vehicle but seating needs improvement

We have very good gas mileage with this vehicle. The interior is spacious and very modern. Everything about the vehicle is well designed except for seating comfort. The seats are too hard, and for extended driving, the lack of softer seating takes a toll.

An almost perfect car!

My complaints are few. 2nd row seating is too low for window viewing. The seatbelt LOCK is in an awkward place and hard to find to lock. The feature that shuts the car off and on at stops and lights is not smooth and has a rough feel for the passengers. Otherwise, this is a beautiful car inside and out. I may even purchase it since I now lease it.

Was a lemon when we bought it and we didn’t know it.

Was a lemon when we bought it. After having the vehicle a few months we relized we didn’t have backup lights.The shop kept our car for more than a month.Had to pull the entire inside of the car apart to rewire the inside.Now see why we are upset. We thought we were buying a new car to enjoy.

Great choice

We purchased our Palisade a little over a year ago. We wanted something smaller and easy to maneuver, to replace one of our trucks. We looked at all the brands, and the Palisade had so much to offer. The styling inside and out is very rich looking. There’s plenty of room inside for passengers and cargo. There are certain features that aren’t available on our Caligraphy model, which kind of surprised us since this is the top of the line model, example, you have to plug in to use CarPlay and the steering wheel doesn’t move out of the way when you enter and exit the vehicle like our F250 Platinum does. We took it on a 5000 mile vacation from Florida to Canada and back. It was comfortable and performed great, I do like the adaptive cruise control. I do notice a little stutter sometimes when I come out of a turn. All in all were very happy with our purchase, especially with the five year warranty, and three year maintenance warranty.

I’m satisfied with my vehicle. The only quirk is I’m not used to is the doors not unlocking when I turn off the vehicle. I know there’s a setting to change that but I’ll just live with it.
