Safe, well equipped family hauler

The Hyundai Palisade is comfortable, roomy, and has an abundance of safety features. The performance is unremarkable but should be adequate for most of its intended market. The only problem I’ve had is the battery will die unless the vehicle is used regularly. This has happened three times in three months. Technicians could find no parasitic battery drains and could only suggest driving more.

In service dept 26 days first 2 months

Drivers assistance module and cameras and sensors all failed and dealership cannot repair. 26 days in service, 39 days at my home since purchase.

Unsafe Vehicle & Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a brand-new Hyundai Palisade, and within the first month of owning it, the car died at a stoplight. I was stuck in traffic with my 1-month-old daughter inside the vehicle. This was not only terrifying, but completely unacceptable for a new car that is supposed to be reliable and family-safe. When we brought the car to Hyundai for help, we were essentially brushed off. We were told that because the car was already sold, they couldn’t help us. No urgency, no accountability, no concern for the fact that this was a safety issue involving an infant. On top of that, my experience with Hyundai’s administrative and customer service teams has been a nightmare. I needed to transfer my title from California to Pennsylvania, and I was repeatedly lied to by Hyundai agents about where the title was sent. I had to chase them down for THREE MONTHS just to get my title sent to the correct address. This caused unnecessary stress, delays, and endless follow-ups on my end for something that should have been straightforward. Between the unsafe vehicle failure, the lack of support, and the dishonest and incompetent handling of my title, this has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Additionally, I had 2 recalls on my vehicle and did not find out till calling in-they did not care to email or call for this update that regarded seatbelts. I do not trust this vehicle, and I do not trust Hyundai as a company. I would never recommend this car or this provider to anyone—especially families.

Blue Link

The Blue Link remote start, climate, lock, unlock function does not work and apparently cannot be fixed. I have contacted both the dealer and Hyundai directly and neither seems to know how to fix it.

Roomy interior with lots of safety features!

Love the roomy interior, all the safety features, the rearview camera/mirror, the seat comfort with controls, the charging station between the front seats, the steering wheel heater, the tune played when turning off the car, auto side mirror fold, leading vehicle departure alert and intuitive gear shift. 2026 Calligraphy cons for me are: Using the infotainment system, how the car jerks to attention when pressing the gas from stopped position, reduced pick-up compared to 2025 Palisade, the cruise-control controls were moved to the left side of the steering wheel (why?) and the GPS voice.

Wish there was an option to test drive it for a couple days before purchasing. Doesn't compare to the older models, which were much better.

With all of the extras that are standard on this vehicle and the smooth ride, no wonder it's such a popular choice! I'm very pleased with everything about this SUV except the sluggish takeoff.

Best vehicle ever. Tech, safety, audio system all top notch

Tech heavy, handles well, comfortable ride, passenger friendly. Bose audio system is a big upgrade over the Harmon Kardon in my 2023 Palisade. The 2026 Palisade engine is a bit under powered with poor around town gas mileage, like 13-14PMG. But it takes regular fuel, not premium. Really needs a turbo. Front and rear dash cams are excellent, app work well, lifetime app connectivity is also a great addition. I've owned multiple BMW's and the BMW X5/X6 cannot compare to the price, tech, engineering and warranty from Hyundai.

The Best Paliside yet

I went from a 2023 Paiside to a 2026, what a difference. The vehicle has changed for the better. The ride is much smoother, no more wind noise. I love how the interior was changed for the better. The only thing that I an upset with is the downsize of the engine and the poor gas mileage.

Quiet and Smooth Ride

I am very happy with my 2026 Palisades. The best thing is how smooth and quiet the ride is. It's a very good looking and comfortable SUV. My only critique is the slow acceleration. I knew this going in as the weight to horsepower was not ideal, so I'm living with it, but it would be nice to have a bit more zip when needed to merge onto a highway. Also, my drivers seat, forward/reverse motor failed within 2 months of owning the SUV. It was fixed 100% warranty, but was inconvenient.
