Good vehicle but not great.

I have driven my 2026 Palisade SEL for a few months and while I’m overall happy with the vehicle I have some issues with a couple things. The satin finish used on the exterior by the 3rd row windows is not practical for an exterior and scratches easily. The second issue is the lift gate and key/dash to control the open/close isn’t a good and responsive as the latch on the rear.

Very Good ... But Not Perfect

The automatic "lane following" guidance is somewhat faulty and the local dealership states there is no adjustment. Instead of staying in the center of the lane, it "hugs" the right-hand side of the lane, even on straight roads, so much so that I've had a couple of trucks honk at me for passing too close to them when I'm in the left lane. In addition, there is some unidentified issue with the motor & the engine light occasionally comes on - not yet identified as to the problem. Finally, when I brake, there is a slight "quiver," almost like it's a front-end alignment issue (it's not) and that is also not yet identified. Other than that, I like the vehicle very much.

Love it

It is such a great car. We wanted a comfortable car that could fit the whole family and we couldn't be happier. Everyone fits comfortably (including my 6'7" father + car seats in the second row, which is hard to do), both in terms of the comfort of the seats and the comfort of the car's features. The interior of the car is simply beautiful and it drive incredibly well.

The steering column and wheel are to cluttered with unnecessary featu

Paddle shifters ,the ignition and shifter arm should be part of the dash board , the camera sticking up in the middle of the dash on top of the steering wheel . The most useless feature on the whole vehicle is the start/stop WHY IS IT EVEN THERE ???? It’s nothing more than a total nuisance and should be completely eliminated .

Windshield issues

The performance and comfort are considerably above average. Fuel efficiency in the city is good for long trips it was better than expected. Taking off from a stop the acceleration is not great but once it builds speed it runs well. The one huge problem is the windshield cracks and too easily. Normal road debris has caused 3 different cracks that required replacement.
