Great family car
I absolutely love my Hyundai Palisade! It’s a great vehicle with so much room, plenty of great features, and it handles beautifully. Overall, it’s comfortable, spacious, and has been a great family vehicle.
Unfortunately, I did have one very disappointing issue. Within the first month of getting the car, one of the seatbelts completely fell apart in my child’s hands after only being used three times. There was no accident, misuse, or physical damage—it simply came apart.
What made the situation even more frustrating was Hyundai’s response. They tried to claim that the seatbelt had been physically damaged, when that simply was not the case. For a brand-new vehicle, I expected the seatbelt to be safe and durable, especially when it had barely been used.
I still love the Palisade itself, but I was extremely disappointed with how Hyundai handled what I believe was clearly a product failure.
