Comfort Over Performance

Interior is phenomenal except for standard sound system. Drive performance is less than ideal with a sluggish transmission and bouncy acceleration. Window design is biggest failure. If you only open drover window at speeds above 35 mph you get that loud pulsating reverb that you traditional get in other vehicles when a back window is open. This is very annoying and rather shocking that a design flaw like this went into final production.

Impressive vehicle

Purchased the Palisades Calligraphy series after years of owning Chevy Tahoe's. The Palisade's offers so many options, its roomy, comfortable, quiet, and a pleasure to drive. Overall driving experience has been most positive to date, and I'm looking forward to a continued pleasurable experience!

Awesome vehicle

I have had my palisade going on 4months now and so far it is the best vehicle I have ever had. The car is much bigger on the inside than what it appears on the outside. You feel like you are in a $100,000 vehicle for almost half that price.

Nice car, but a few dissappointments.

Overall, very pleased with this car. Just a few frustrating things we have encountered. Would very much appreciate "kick open/close" on the tailgate. Can be a challenge to close the liftgate with your hands full. Also, why no power steering wheel? The "easy exit" feature when exiting the vehicle doesn't send the seat back very far, and with the steering wheel not moving up and out of the way it can be an issue. I have programmed the #2 button to move the seat all the way back and down. I have also had and issue that I think is connected to software updates. One time after an update was completed, when the car was restarted after refueling, I was completely unable to drive the car at all, None of the buttons did anything, there were lights all over the dash, and the car would not move-as if the parking brake was fully set. This eventually resolved on it's own after the fourth restart. Finally, why put the UV light phone sterilizer in the console where other things are stored. This feature is essentially useless.

It has nice features and decent space, but several of the features do not seem to work as they should. The vehicle is horrible going up hills and does not get the greatest gas mileage considering the weak power

2026 Calligraphy

Overall, the Palisade Calligraphy is a great vehicle. Great value of amenities and luxury for the price. There are a few changes from our 2020 that are not so appealing. One particularly is the constant warnings to keep you eyes on the road every time you glance at the center display while in the adaptive cruise mode. This was not a feature on our 2020 Limited which also had adaptive cruise. I suppose it is to be an added safety feature, but it is totally annoying.

I was really pleased when I first bought it but it seems like things are starting to go downhill. Not the power it had it seems like. Not as much get up and go. It seems louder too. I only have 5000 miles in it. Kind of disappointed. I do like all the features those are super nice
