Great Vehicle

This is my 2nd Hyundai vehicle and I have been very impressed with both of my vehicles. Hyundai produces a great product and they back it up with great customer service.

Go Ahead Splurge for the Calligraphy!

The Calligraphy has so many cool options. Love the smooth ride. Feels very comfortable and luxurious. Plenty of seat settings to get comfortable and the massage feature is awesome.

Bad Purchase

Don't like how it rides. The brakes scrubs when you hit a hump in the road. The dashboard is too far back in the console. no garage door opener. When I turn off the air it still be blowing. The wireless charger does not work.

Make site you review everything before you buy but you will still miss

Vehicle is comfortable but god forbids you have to go to the dealership for anything, you can’t reach anyone over the phone and overall customer service is challenging, you always need to talk to another department. The windshield is of poor quality and scratches appears in less than a month of use even with not much rain/use. Not sure if it already came like this from sitting at dealership patio or if it’s just poor quality itself. The windshield also have a lot of glare from the speed projector. Driver assistance sensors can be all over the place at times, specially during traffic jams. Driver and passenger windows by design also get inherently dirty/marked because of contacting the rubber gaskets. While driving you may experience some sort of reverberation sound even with windows being up, not sure if from rear view mirrors or overall car design. Highlight, it has the space we were looking for.

An almost perfect car

This SUV has the styling, interior features, and value for the money more so than any other SUV in the market. However, gas mileage and some electronic issues are very annoying. The digital key has issues and messes up communication with the key fob, causing issues cranking up the vehicle and opening the doors from time to time. I love the direction that Hyundai is going, however, getting just 300 miles on a full tank of gas with this vehicle in today's world is really a pain. The hybrid versions and electric will be the way to go with my future purchases for sure.
